Is EXIF data from digital pictures able to be processed in PW Connect 3.49? It would be helpful if we could see that data in the property information of the document.

Single Sign-on
Our Company is starting to implement PW CONNECT (10.0.2.320) on Windows 10 laptops. Mind you: NOT web server nor cloud services. Also it is just the clients that get updated, Serverside is v8i RU2.
We encounter a ProjectWise "challenge" regarding authentication from the ProjectWise client to the back-end.
Currently, our ProjectWise client (v8i) has a single sing-on experience based on domain authentication. We are working on a new workspace concept which is a Azure AD joined device only, and uses modern authentication. So no domain authentication at all.
Is it possible for the ProjectWise client to authenticate to the back-end based on OAuth2 (modern authentication), so that we can achieve single sign-on?
If so, what would be necessary to achieve this?
If not, is there any other way to use single sign for ProjectWise without domain authentication?
Any help is welcome!

55021 - getting error When trying to move a document from one folder to another
We are getting 55021 - Error creating new document while moving a document from one folder to another stating that not enough disk space available.

PW Integration Server Service Stops Automatically
Hi
We are having trouble with the service of the PW integration server stops automatically almost every day.
Usually when having this problem, we would turn up the service manually.
However, manual restarting the service was not working anymore, we have to reboot the Server then it can work again
PW version: SS4 08.11.11590 64bit
Any idea? Please help!

ProjectWise CONNECT - Windows 10(64bit) Excel 2016 Slow to open
We are running Windows 10 with Office 2016 and ProjectWise CONNECT Edition. I have a few users that when they select an Excel file from ProjectWise, the file is transferred to the user's workstation but Excel can take several minutes before it opens. It eventually opens but it's like it's running Excel 2016 on an old 286 PC.

Manipulating logical sets,
What or is there any cmdlet, that can be used to remove reference file attachment.
I currently do this using scan ref, and just point to an empty folder, that usually removes the files from the set,
However, I was just curious how that same thing can be done via PS, looking at the available cmdlets, I see there is flatset member, but not a logical set,
is the Update-PWDocumentFile -RemoveFile an available option?

DM Confidential Transmittals,
I discovered yesterday that Deliverables Management, from the portal, is now capable of sending confidential transmittals.... Yea...
We have been looking for that functionality... So then of course my question is, when will the DM Connector be updated to allow sending from ProjectWise.
So what will be the process of acknowledging a confidential transmittal, with the content being downloaded to the DM storage in PW, and dynamically setting access control so that only the users on the distribution will have read access to the files.
BTW, the glasses are a nice touch....
It is tempting though to have the SM/TR visible to everyone, I would like the ability to ONLY display to the users in the distribution, and DM administrators of course

Further details for dashboard charts + exporting data
Hi everyone,
I know I can click on the "Transmittals with overdue responses" header in Performance Dashboards to more in-depth details. Is there a way to get that level of granularity for the other charts (i.e. "Transmittal package by status")?
Also...does anyone know of a way to export the dashboard information to Excel similar to the Deliverables Management exports?

Renaming reference files without needing to reattach them
Hi everyone,
I'm currently involved in a project which is closing out, but I need to change various model and raster file names (dgn, jpg and tif files).
If these file names aren't changed, then they'll be flagged up as non-compliant.
When the file name changes, the models/drawings referencing these no longer show them.
I understand why this is but, is there a way of changing the file name, so the initial file recognises that the name's been changed, thus eliminating the need to reattach the reference?

When Opening Files, The Attached References Won't Copy Out
Hi,
When I open a file the window that ask the user to "select which external references to copy out" does not show up as an option. Can anyone assist me on making sure this window pops up & the attached references copy out?

ProjectWise Check-In window needs to be top window by default.
Is there a way to make the "Check-In" window be a modal dialog box?
It's an extra step for me to Win+Tab to the check-in screen if I keep working while ProjectWise is closing a document.
Meaning if I click on any other windows after I have closed the PW document (while PW is closing the document), then the check-in window will move to the bottom window of all of the windows I have open. It should open on the top screen by default (even if you have clicked on other windows while PW is closing the document).
The other option is to wait patiently while the document closes and prepares the check-in window, so that way the check-in window will be on the top screen.
Both methods reduce my productivity. I would like it to be that when you click on a window elsewhere once the check-in dialog box is already open, only then should it move to the bottom screen. Sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere.

Projectwise Administrator is asking me if I want Projectwise to convert tables in the database.
Last week, when trying to login to the datasources, I had one that sporadically would login to allow me to access the users list, and another datasource that locked up entirely and wouldn't allow me to log in. After a couple of days of trying to get that figured out, I then started receiving the following error when trying to log in to the datasource.
I'm not sure if this is a NEW error...or if it is linked in with the original problem that I was having, but if anyone could help walk me thru what to do to try and resolve this, it would be great.
I am new to this role and due to an illness, our previous DBA is unable to return to work, so I'm trying to learn what I can as we go.

Has anyone created their PWCE 10.00.03.49 system in their own Azure space using "Microsoft Azure SQL Database"?
We would like to use the "Microsoft Azure SQL Database" for a new implementation of PWCE 10.00.03.49 in my companies Azure space.
Has anyone else tested this? I was told by Bentley Support a few months ago that it was available only as the Bentley Hosted PW system and may not be supported if done independently.
My IT Infrastructure people are pushing hard to use it but I need to know what issues we may encounter.

Greyed out levels
I'm currently on a project where we've had to use the 2004 version of Microstation, and all nested levels are grayed out in the level display and level manager.
However, I can't change the configuration because, in this file, the configuration option is also grayed out.
Does anyone have any idea how I resolve this?

Open option is disabled even having designer access to folder
Dear Friends,
I do have full access to folder, even though some files from same folder are showing 'Open' option disabled. so I have to open them read only.
What could be reason behind it? In same folder I can open and edit other files.

ProjectWise Azure Caching Server?
One of our projects is moving to PW on the cloud (Azure).
We are not co-located with / local to the datastore (?). Will there still be the need to install a Caching Server on site?
